1. Flat roofs, wide overhangs
2. Monochromatic surfaces, pops of color
3. Little ornamentation
4. Wood or steel structure
5. Open floor plans
6. Large windows, floor-to-ceiling glass, or sliding glass doors
Look in La Jolla, Bankers Hill, Mission Hills, Point Loma, Del Cerro, and Mt. Helix.
